Dr. Syeda Afshan Batool is a highly respected UK-trained Consultant Gynecologist and Obstetrician with over 20 years of clinical experience in women’s health. She is known for her expertise in high-risk obstetrics, advanced gynecologic care, fertility management, and urogynecology, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care aligned with international medical standards.
She currently serves as Assistant Professor at the Maternal & Child Health (MCH) Department, Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad, while also leading clinical services at KAMS Medical Centre.
Dr. Afshan believes that women’s healthcare must be safe, ethical, respectful, and personalized. Her approach combines advanced medical knowledge, clear communication, and emotional understanding, ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their care journey.
Dr. Afshan has extensive hands-on experience working in leading NHS hospitals in the United Kingdom, where she completed advanced specialty and fellowship training. Her UK practice exposed her to high-risk obstetrics, complex gynecologic surgery, and multidisciplinary patient care, which she now applies in Pakistan using globally accepted protocols.
